Adult Services are primarily substance abuse, with co-occurring treatment available. Both sides offer individual counseling, outpatient, and intensive outpatient levels of care.

Adult Services

Solutions provides substance abuse and co-occurring care for adults throughout the entire Omaha metro. Adult services are primarily substance abuse. Co-occurring care is available when mental health needs are present alongside substance use. Mental health only is not offered on the adult side. 

Evaluations

The process typically involves a conversation about history, current challenges, and goals. Our evaluations are thorough yet approachable, never rushed or overwhelming for the individual going through them. 

Individual Counseling

Solutions offers individual counseling for adults throughout the entire Omaha metro. Adult individual counseling for substance abuse and co-occurring counseling available when mental health needs are present alongside substance use. One-on-one counseling offers dedicated, personal attention, shaped around the individual’s specific needs, without the group dynamics that come with other levels of care. The pace and focus adjust as needs evolve. Working with the same clinician session after session helps build the trust that makes real progress possible. 

Outpatient (OP)

Solutions provides outpatient counseling for adults throughout the entire Omaha metro. Adult outpatient care for substance abuse, with co-occurring treatment available when mental health needs are present alongside substance use. Regular sessions fit around work and daily responsibilities, providing consistent support while allowing individuals to maintain their normal routines. Frequency and focus adjust as needs change. 

Intensive Outpatient (IOP)

Solutions offers an intensive outpatient program for adults throughout the entire Omaha metro. Adult IOP for substance abuse, with co-occurring treatment available when mental health needs are present alongside substance use. It provides a structured level of care for individuals who need more than weekly counseling but don’t require a residential or inpatient stay. IOP combines individual and group support, with several structured sessions per week, while still allowing adults to continue work and daily responsibilities.
